christmas trees Many people are fond of buying Christmas trees during the holidays. Well, a Christmas tree can enhance the feel of Christmas, that is for sure. Without it, it seems that there is something lacking. But then, so that it can enhance the feel of the season, it must be decorated accordingly. There are many ways of doing this and one is the use of ribbons. Ribbons are very affordable and they can create a very unique appearance if you will be very creative in your design. Not only that, but using ribbons is a very easy way of decorating the Christmas tree. If it is your first time to decorate a Christmas tree, then here is a simple guide on how to do it with the use of ribbons; very simple steps yet will help you come up with a stunning Christmas tree for the yuletide.

First is to decide on the theme. You can think of different themes like white Christmas, some sort of food, cartoons, a certain movie, and many more. Talk with your family members and then choose which theme to use. Afterwards, spray the tree using a wilt resistant one. This will keep the tree needles fresh for a longer period of time in case you will use fresh Christmas trees for the holidays. Then, put on some Christmas lights, however, make sure to use high quality ones to avoid short circuits and other accidents.

Once you are done with the lighting as well as the placement of the Christmas tree, the next step would be to add the ribbons. But before putting the ribbons, you must first decide on the size. The size of the ribbon depends on the size of the tree. If the tree is small, then you can just use a short ribbon, however, if it is long, you will need longer ribbons.

There are many ways for you to decorate your Christmas trees with the use of ribbons. First, you can make them as garlands. This is a very easy task, and you can find it very convenient once you get used to it. You can either opt for circular or vertical garlands. If you will go for a circular design, then you must start on the top of the tree going down to the bottom. Make sure that you will put it in a balanced manner. Have a uniform spacing all throughout. Meanwhile, if you will go for a vertical garland, all you have to do is to attach the ribbons on top of the Christmas tree and then loop it down vertically. You can add some designs by twisting the ribbons.

Aside from garlands, you can also use ribbons to make bows. You can add these bows to the ones that you had already hang to your Christmas tree so that it will look more beautiful. You can create several bows having the same colour, or you can use different colours. It all depends on your choice and budget. It might also look better if the colour of the bows is not the same with the garlands to make them stand out more.

There are different types of ribbons that can be used to decorate several Christmas trees. There are some that have small and large size, some have floral designs, and some have different colours, some are shiny and many more. With all the available choices, you can surely buy one that will surely suit your Christmas tree and make your tree decorating such a fun experience.
